Meet our Facility Manager.
Anjani joined Gracedale in April 2004 as a registered nurse and was promoted to the Manager role in 2016. She has over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse. Anjani is responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the delivery of quality, safe and contemporary care to residents.
Anjani sees her team at Gracedale as a key strength. “We have a great team who always take their time to ensure our residents have the best life they can have and to make it as much fun as possible whilst still ensuring the care is first class.”

Meet our Clinical
Co-ordinator.
Dayana is originally from India and has proudly made New Zealand her home for the past 15 years. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Unitec and a Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Nursing Assessment, along with Leadership and Management from university of Auckland. Her professional journey spans diverse clinical settings, including medical, surgical , aged care, and nursing education, which has shaped her into a confident, well-rounded, and reflective nurse.
Dayana is highly self-driven and motivated, and is committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. She takes pride in leading by example, supporting her colleagues, and contributing to a positive team culture that values respect, compassion, and continuous improvement.
She values the privilege of hearing residents’ life stories and learning from their experiences, which continually inspires her personal and professional growth.
