Our mission is to deliver excellent and compassionate care to people in their senior years. We strive to support residents to maintain independence by promoting activity, and fostering a sense of fulfilment. Eden care principles guide the care Gracedale offers to ensure a secure, private, and compassionate environment for rest home and hospital care.

Meet our Facility Manager.
